DMCA Policy
Purpose
AllMediaTool respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can submit complaints about content they believe infringes their rights, and how AllMediaTool handles those complaints.
Copyright Claims
If you believe that content accessible through or related to the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice following the instructions below.
Who May Submit a Claim
Copyright claims may be submitted by the copyright owner or by an authorized representative acting on the owner’s behalf.
Required Information
To help us review quickly, please include the following in your notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: a description of the work you claim is infringed, with enough detail for us to recognize it.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material: a description of the material and enough information (such as a URL or specific location) for us to find it in relation to the Service.
- Complainant contact information: name, mailing address (if available), phone number, and email so we can reply.
- Good-faith statement: that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy / authority statement: a statement (under penalty of perjury if required by law) that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Signature if required by law: a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative.
How to Send a Notice
Please send a complete notice (including the information above) through the Contact page. Use a subject related to copyright or DMCA so we process it in the correct queue.
Incomplete notices may slow our ability to handle a claim.
Contact Channel
All copyright-related communications should be sent through the Contact page. We do not currently provide a separate copyright email address outside the support channel on the Contact page.
Counter-Notification Information
A formal counter-notification process depends on the applicable legal framework. If you believe content was removed in error, contact us through the Contact page with details. We will provide guidance on appropriate next steps under applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Handling
AllMediaTool may restrict access for users who repeatedly and knowingly infringe copyright or clearly abuse the Service. Policy details will be updated if a formal tracking process is implemented.
General Copyright Responsibility
As stated in the Terms of Service, users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with copyright law. AllMediaTool does not knowingly facilitate copyright infringement and will review valid claims submitted under the process above.
We do not represent that content processed through the Service is stored permanently by AllMediaTool. Download data flows are temporary sessions by design of the tool.
For technical download questions that are not copyright claims, use the Contact page so the legal queue stays separate. Mention the public source URL, platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Threads), and time of the incident when possible.
Contact Information
For all copyright and DMCA matters: use the Contact page and clearly state that this is a copyright claim.
